Spectrum’s Drive-Thru Hiring Event Aims to Fill Open Positions

Spectrum is hiring in Appleton, and they organized a unique, drive-thru recruiting event to help fill 50 open Customer Service Representative positions.

Interested applicants drove through the main parking lot at Spectrum’s Appleton Call Center, located at 3520 Destination Drive, and handed their resume to a Spectrum recruiter. This kick-started the virtual hiring process, which generally takes about one week from start to finish, said a Spectrum official.

Spectrum has been at the forefront of using virtual hiring technology to recruit and screen talented candidates in today’s job market.
