Apartments Being Planned Next to Sendik's Towne Centre
Aside from the luxury apartments being planned for The Corners of Brookfield, the Mandel group is also planning another project next to Sendik's Towne Centre.
Two high-end apartment buildings are being planned next to Sendik's Towne Centre, reported the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The developers, Mandel Group Inc., plan to submit proposals for the two developments that would be at the southwest corner of Thomson Drive and Brookfield Road, the other at the northeast corner of Thomson Drive and Richfield Parkway.
The Marcus Corporation and the Mandel Group are also teaming up to develop 150 luxury apartments within The Corners of Brookfield.
