Hakaduli Properties Buys Squires Office Centers For $4.3 Million
The office buildings are at 80 percent occupied with a children's dentist office and a consulting firm.
Hakaduli Properties LLC has purchased two West Bluemound Road office buildings, according to Sean Ryan of the Business Journal.
Ryan reports that the investor has bought the Squires Office Centers buildings at 16535 and 16655 W. Bluemound, for a cool $4.3 million.
The office buildings are at 80 percent occupied with a children's dentist office and a consulting firm, Ryan reports.
