Drunk Rochester Woman Hits Husband With Car During Dispute; Flight for Life Takes Him to Hospital
Authorities arrested an intoxicated woman early Sunday morning after she got into an argument with her husband, and hit him with her car.

RACINE COUNTY, WI — Racine County Sheriff's deputies arrested an intoxicated Rochester woman early Sunday morning after she reportedly got into an argument with her husband, and in the process, hit him with her car.
The man was so badly injured that he was transported via Flight for Life to the hospital.
During the early morning hours on Sunday, law enforcement received a report that a man in his early thirties bleeding from the back of his head in the 400 block of S. Front St in the Village of Rochester.

According to the Racine County Sheriff's office, the person who called police reportedly heard someone yell for help, then heard arguing and then heard a loud sound like a gun shot or someone being hit by vehicle. He did see a vehicle driving away from the scene.
Upon investigation, it was determined the apparent victim had been hit by a vehicle, and the victim was later taken by Flight For Life to Froedtert Hospital. His current medical condition is unknown.

According to police, the driver later returned to the scene. Preliminary investigations determined that a husband and wife were having a domestic dispute inside a vehicle.
The wife, who was driving pulled over and the husband got out. At some point the wife struck the husband with the car and then left.
The wife was Identified as Terria G. Rudzinski and was taken into custody.
The Racine County Sheriff's office is recommending charges of OWI Causing Injury, Injury by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle and Felony Hit-and-Run.
