Fun Memorial Day Weekend Activities for the Whole Family

1) Burlington ChocolateFest — Burlington, Wis.

It has everything a chocolate fan could dream of! The Chocolate Experience tent includes a chef cook-off (Friday), chocolate sampling, cooking demonstrations, chocolate eating contest, chocolate sculpture and family games. 2) The Color Run Racine - Racine, Wis.

"The Happiest 5k on the Planet" returns to Racine! Starting at Pershing Park on Racine's lakefront, runners/walkers, will travel through four "color zones" where they are doused with brightly colored cornstarch. FREE parking in Downtown ramps all day.

3) Family Kite Festival - Milwaukee, Wis.

The Maggiano's Family Kite Festival will be held in Veterans Park from 10 am until 6 pm on Saturday and 10 am until 5 pm on Sunday. The festival is free with plenty of free parking. The Fast Track Oil Centers Grand Launch of 500 kites will take place at noon. The Kids Mad Dash will take place at around 2:00 pm. Rhonda Begos will sing the National Anthem. This event will be shown live on the Internet! Kites and food will be sold at the festival.
