4. Aquaducks Water-Ski Show - Venetian Night

Water-ski show presented by the Browns Lake Aquaducks at Fischer Park, Highway 11, Burlington. Season begins May 28 and ends September 4. Junior shows (beginning June 30) at 5:00 p.m.; main show at 6:30 p.m. Free. Shows every Thursday in June through August and on select dates in July and September. Full schedule at www.aquaducks.org

5. Great Lakes Chalk Art Competition

See the outstanding entries from the Great Lakes Chalk Art Competition at the Racine Arts Council's ArtSpace Gallery, 316 Sixth St. The competition was held during the Monument Square Art Festival, June 11-12. These works are on 4-by-4 foot Masonite boards.

You're invited to bid on your favorite in a public raffle. Tickets ae $5 each or two for $9. The winners will be announced on the closing day of the exhibit (July 16). Proceeds benefit the Racine Arts Council.

The ArtSpace gallery is open 12 to 5 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Free. Donations are welcome.
