S.C. Johnson to Acquire Babyganics, a Rapidly-Growing Baby Products Company
Chairman and CEO Fisk Johnson said the acquisition is "a great complement to our portfolio of trusted brands."

RACINE - S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. has acquired the fast-growing baby products company Babyganics, according to a report released this morning by the Business Journal.
The Westbury, N.Y.-based company sells "baby-safe" household and personal care items at retailers all over the world, including Babies "R" Us, Target and Walgreens, the Business Journal report said.
Fisk Johnson is chairman and CEO of SC Johnson.

“We have great admiration for the Babyganics products and their leadership,” said Fisk Johnson, chairman and CEO of Racine-based S.C. Johnson. "They are one of the fastest growing private companies and their unique and innovative products are a great complement to our portfolio of trusted brands.”
SC Johnson expects the deal to be finalized subject to U.S. regulatory approval, according to a Yahoo News report.
