According to his criminal complaint, during a subsequent Forensic Interview, the daughter reported incidents taking place in the shower and that her father would take off his clothes and come into the shower. He then would touch her "all over her body" including her private areas, and that this happened numerous times.
The daughter told the investigator that at some point she knew this was not right as she was too old to have her father in the shower. She often told him to stop but he kept touching her, the criminal complaint stated.
