Acting Sheriff Schmidt To Ring Salvation Army Bell at BayShore
Deputies, correctional officers and Milwaukee County Sheriff Office staff will be ringing bells at the Bay Shore Town Center.
GLENDALE, WI — Acting Sheriff Richard R. Schmidt will join the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign tomorrow, Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Bay Shore Town Center.
Deputies, correctional officers and Milwaukee County Sheriff Office staff will be ringing bells at that location from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office has partnered with the Salvation Army for the past 14 years on the Red Kettle Campaign.
The Salvation Army actively works at “Doing the Most Good” for people in need, and funds are used to sustain its Toy Shop, Christmas Family Feast, emergency shelter, food pantries, meals to the homeless and care to veterans.
