Four-Time Drunk Driver Arrested in Bayside
The Milwaukee man had choice words for police when he was pulled over on his way home from Potawatomi Bingo and Casino.

A 67-year-old Milwaukee man has been charged with his fourth drunken driving offense.Â
The man was charged, who was also charged with refusing to submit a blood sample, was pulled over by Bayside police at about 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 14. The officer saw his vehicle cross the center line in the 7600 block of Port Washington Road, and he was pulled over when he turned onto Dean Road.
The man told police he had two shots of liquor earlier in the night at Potawatomi Bingo and Casino. He told police he had dropped off a friend and was driving around looking for his house. The man was extremely uncooperative with police, used obscenities to insult the officer and refused to offer a blood draw.
The man was also cited for obstructing an officer and having open intoxicants in the car. His previous drunken driving convictions occurred in 2001, 2009 and 2010.
