Glendale Fire Causes $175,000 Damage To Home

GLENDALE, WI — North Shore Fire responded to a house fire early Sunday morning in Glendale.
According to North Shore Fire, they responded to a home on W. Greenwood Rd. just before 1 a.m. Sunday on a report of a house fire.
According to officials, the home was "fully involved," meaning that the home had extensive evidence of fire present. The fire crew conducted an "aggressive interior fire attack" and brought the fire under control. There was smoke damage throughout the home. An investigation determined that the fire started in the home's living room near a fireplace.

All occupants of the home were safely evacuated before first responders arrived at the scene. The damage to the house is estimated at around $175,000.
