Lake Drive Survey Work To Begin In Early May In Fox Point
The work will continue into the summer.

Lake Drive Survey Work. The Village of Fox Point has entered into an agreement with the Department of Transportation for the resurfacing of Lake Drive in the Village of Fox Point. Kapur & Associates has been hired by the DOT and the Village to prepare the design for the project and, beginning in early May, they will begin to survey road, utilities, ditches and property lines along the entire approximate 2.6 miles stretch. Many residents will begin to see flags pop up in their yard to mark out the utilities within the right of way; please leave those in place so that it is easier for our consultant to capture the necessary survey data. The survey work will continue into summer and, thereafter, they will begin the design process for the road which is expected to be resurfaced in either 2025 or 2026. The attached letter provides more details regarding the upcoming survey work.
