Missing Glendale Teen Considered Endangered: Report

A 16-year-old girl who was adopted by parents in Glendale has been missing since July 1, authorities say. Now they need your help.

GLENDALE, WI — Authorities in Glendale are asking for the public's help in searching for a 16-year-old girl who has gone missing and is considered endangered.

Police say 16-year-old Teenasia Scobey-Polacheck left her residence in Glendale on a blue and silver hybrid bicycle on July 1 after an argument with her adoptive parents.

Authorities say her biological mother lives in Milwaukee and has been notified. Unconfirmed sightings of Teenasia have occurred in the City of Milwaukee, although she has yet to be located and safely returned to her custodial parents.

The Glendale Police Department is asking the public to phone Detective Bryan C. Bichler at (414) 228-1753 if they know of Teenasia's whereabouts.

Authorities say Teenasia is about 5 feet 5 inches tall, about 160 pounds, has brown eyes, black hair and brown skin. Her hair was in braids.
