GLENDALE, WI — Pizza Studio, a national chain of made-to-order pizzas, is planning a new restaurant in Glendale and is going before the Glendale Plan Commission this week for approval.
If approved, Pizza Studio would join Stone Creek Coffee, Jimmy John’s, Samurai Sushi Hibachi Restaurant, Ing’s Wok, Dickey’s Barbecue, and Dr. Dawg in the Glendale Market.
According to meeting documents, Aaron Hurvitz will be representing the restaurant as he submits plans for approval to the Plan Commission Tuesday to use and occupy the former Cartridge World tenant space located at 6969 N. Port Washington Road in the Glendale Market.

Documents indicated that pizza would not be delivered by employees; pizza delivery will be delivered via a service called Uber Eats with which Pizza Studio contracts nationally.
Pizza Studio will likely seat for 40 or 42 persons at 10 tables including one eight-seat table six four-seat tables, and four two-seat tables.
