GLENDALE, WI — Bayshore Town Center is redeveloping its vacant Sears storefront with multiple retail spaces, including tenants such as Total Wine and More.
According to a Milwaukee Business Journal report, Construction on the North End of Bayshore will commence in 2017 to replace the former Sears store with 75,000 square feet of new retail space that will include Total Wine & More and other national branded
The Sears store was closed in December 2014. The space has sat vacant since then.
