Village Of Fox Point Update: Pool And Santa Monica Boulevard Closure

UPDATE: Pool and Santa Monica Boulevard Closure. On Tuesday, staff responded to the second water break on the lateral feeding the pool in the last four days. Given concerns about the condition of the lateral, the decision was made to replace the entire lateral from the west side of Santa Monica in toward the pool. As a result, the pool will remain closed on Wednesday, June 16 as the lateral is being replaced. Additionally, the north and southbound lanes of Santa Monica from Green Tree Road to Lombardy Road will be closed to all through traffic and detour signs will be set up to guide traffic. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working to have the pool open on Thursday, June 17.
