The famed "Ice Bowl" quarterback has suffered with poor health the past couple of years.

GREEN BAY, WI – Hall of Fame quarterback Bart Starr will be at Lambeau Field Sunday when his Packers take on the New Orleans Saints – and celebrate the 50th anniversary of the team's 1967 championship, according to a media report.
Starr, 83, has been recovering a stroke and series of heart attacks in 2014, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. This is to be the first time he has been to Lambeau field since Thanksgiving 2015, according to the article.
