Please bring some form of identification as proof of City residency.
We will have personnel on site to direct traffic, but residents will need to load the sandbags themselves. Please review your vehicle’s weight load; each sandbag weighs 40 pounds, and residents are limited to a total of 50 bags. Once residents take possession of the sandbags, they become the resident’s property, and they are responsible for properly disposing of them. Please don’t place them in the garbage or recycling bins.
Because water levels remain near record highs, the City urges all residents to sign up for Code RED at https://greenbaywi.gov/CodeRED.
See our Facebook page for instructions and images about proper stacking of sandbags.
