Walmart Shopper Stole Credit Card From Drunk Man: Police

From Wisconsin Crime Alert Network: On 03-03-18 an unknown female used a stolen bank card to withdraw money from my victim's account at two Green Bay area pharmacy ATM machines. The suspect would have needed the PIN number to complete this transaction.

Over that same night, this same female made several purchases at Walmart stores in Green Bay and Sheboygan. The female made several separate small purchases and selected cash back each time. Total transactions were close to $3,000.

My victim admits he was intoxicated and seems to remember meeting two African American females just prior to the fraudulent transactions.

A representative from the bank who issued this card said their organization has experienced several similar incidents where females befriend intoxicated males in order to retrieve their bank cards and PIN numbers.
