Handful of Vacancies Along 27th Street Remain
The busy street along the east side of the city could be spruced up by new businesses.
With three businesses along 27th Street possibly having new tenants by this summer, vacancies along the busy throroughfare are dwindling.
From College Avenue to Howard Avenue, along the west side of the street, which is shared by both Greenfield and Milwaukee, there are unofficially eight empty buildings or office spaces.
(The entire east side of the street is in the City of Milwaukee).
