Temporary Halloween Costume, Supply Store Now Open
Halloween City, a temporary nationwide retail chain, opened Wednesday at 6102 W. Layton Ave. in the Greenfield Towne Center.

Halloween City is located just a few miles away from Halloween Express, which opened in the former Borders building on 76th Street in August. Halloween Express used to be located at 4251 S. 27th St. before owner Jon Majdoch turned that warehouse space into Lightspeed, which features indoor electric go-karts and lasertag.
Halloween City is open Sunday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The store is expected to remain open until a few days after Halloween.
