Construction Crew Finds Deceased Wisconsin Man In Truck: Report

ST. CROIX COUNTY, WI — Authorities in St. Croix County say a 57-year-old man died during the morning hours of Aug. 3 in a traffic accident on 50th Ave. in the Town of Cady.

According to a report from the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office, Daniel M. Gibson, 57, of Knapp, was behind the wheel of a 2008 Ford Explorer when his vehicle crashed in the 3200 block of 50th Ave. in the Town of Cady.

Officials said a construction worker arrived on the job just before 5:30 a.m. in the area and found Knapp's truck. The worker called 911 and alerted authorities.
