HUDSON, WI — John Gustafson of Hudson has won the second top prize of $100,000 playing the Jackpot scratch game.
Gustafson purchased the $10 Jackpot ticket at Freedom Valu Center at 702 6th Street North in Hudson.
Retailers who sell winning tickets over $599 receive an incentive of 2 percent of the winning ticket amount up to $100,000.
This is the last $100,000 top prize remaining in the Jackpot scratch game.
