No Bids on the Schaffhausen Home, Ownership Goes Back to Bank
"Anyone could buy the house as long as they had 10 percent of the winning bid on hand," KSTP reports. "Because no one bought it, the property goes back into the ownership of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in St. Paul."

The River Falls home where the three Schaffhausen children were murdered by their father last year will go back into bank ownership after no one bid on it at an auction Tuesday morning, according to a report by KSTP.
A handful of people were at the auction that took place at the St. Croix Government Center in Hudson, but there were no bidders.
