Singer Registration NOW OPEN for Christmas with The Chorale

The River City Chorale is excited to announce the third annual “Christmas with

the Chorale” concert and invites vocalists to join the Chorale and share beautiful

holiday music with friends and family throughout the St. Croix Valley.

The Christmas Chorale is open to any singer age 16 and older. No audition is

necessary, though previous choral experience with church, high school or

community choirs is desired.

Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. beginning

October 27 th and are held at First Presbyterian Church, 1901 Vine Street. There

will be two rehearsals held on Tuesday evenings around Thanksgiving.

Two concerts, at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., will be presented as the Chorale’s

Christmas gift to the community on Saturday, December 17 th at Bethel Lutheran

Church in Hudson. Both of last year’s concerts sold out. Joining the Christmas

Chorale in performing at the concert will be the RCC Ensemble Singers and the

RCC Youth Choir.

Interested vocalists should register online by selecting the “Christmas with the

Chorale – Singer Registration” tab at the Chorale’s website,

therivercitychorale.com. Registration fees, which are $35.00 and include the cost

of music, can be paid at the time of music pickup form 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on

Thursday, October 20 th , at the First Presbyterian Church.

The Christmas Chorale will be under the direction of Andrew Haase, Artistic

Director and Conductor for the River City Chorale. Jodell Krause will perform as

the Chorale’s accompanist.

The Chorale’s looks forward to having area singers join in this festive celebration

of the Christmas holiday season.
