Woman Arrested for OWI With 3 Children in Car
The woman was arrested for OWI with 3 children in the vehicle, ages 12, 11, and 8.

POLK COUNTY, WI — Just after noon Sunday, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle for speeding, 70 miles per hour in a 55 zone on Highway 63 in Polk County.
The driver was identified as, Sarah Elizabeth Madison, age 29, from St. Paul, MN.
A subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety testing, showed that Madison was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. She had 3 children in the vehicle, ages 12, 11, and 8.
Madison was arrested and transported to the Amery hospital for an evidentiary chemical test of her blood and then to the Polk County Jail where she is being charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with minors in the vehicle, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
