Presenters at the event are David Bartelme, Managing Director, Borgman Capital LLC; Mike Mack, PS Capital Partners; Drew McCuiston, Co-Founder, The Firefly Group; and moderator David Buslee, Partner, Clarity Management, LLC.

Martha Sullivan, CPA, CEPA, president of EPI’s Wisconsin Chapter, said, “As advisors working with business owners, I often get resistance when I suggest private equity as an exit option to my clients. There is a mystery and often misconceptions around what private equity really offers as an alternative. This session will arm advisors with a better understanding of what private equity is and isn’t and how it may be a great path for our clients looking to transition and/or infuse new energy into growing and building value in their companies.”
