Mother-Daughter Duo Find Joy with Opening of Nothing Bundt Cakes

Strong ties to the area make it a perfect place for their sweet adventure

(Nothing Bundt Cakes)

The first time the two experienced a Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery, mother, Kay Lies, and daughter, Jacqueline Schuster knew that they had found what would be at the center of the next chapter in their lives. “We were both looking for a new venture,” said Jacqueline, who studied entrepreneurial business in college. “I have always wanted to own my own business and the idea of combining a celebratory brand, with friends and family, and undeniably delicious cakes made Nothing Bundt Cakes the obvious choice for me.” Kay grew up in Madison and says this provided the perfect opportunity to move back home to her beloved Madison. “Madison is a large city with a ‘hometown’ feel. “We want each guest to feel at home when they walk through our doors and to feel the love for family that we have,” shared Kay. The two will be celebrating their opening with special festivities and the community is invited to join in the fun (please see details below).
