Wisconsin Athlete Dies In Illinois Auto Crash: Report
Authorities say the vehicle he was driving left the road on I-74 in Henry County in Illinois.

MADISON, WI — A University of Wisconsin athlete has died in an auto accident, the university has confirmed.
According to a WGN report, wrestler Eli Stickley, a native of Urbana, Ohio, was killed Thursday evening when the Nissan pickup he was driving drove off the road on I-74 in Henry County.
Reports stated that Stickley and a passenger were taken to Illini Hospital where Stickley was pronounced dead. The passenger's condition was not shared by authorities.

“The world lost a really good kid,” Badgers coach Chris Bono told the Wisconsin State Journal.
