What used to be an 82-acre tree nursery could become a 145-lot subdivision if the project receives the proper approvals, according to a story in the Milwaukee Business Journal.
Jim Forester, a Waukesha County developer, proposal would include 130 houses and 15 duplexes, which would be located southeast of Town Line Road and Mill Road.Â
The property has the potential of being higher end homes. The village of Menomonee Falls and the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission would need to approve the project before it goes forward. Lieds Nursery Co. tree farm still own the property.
