Facebook Video Leads Police to Menomonee Falls Armed Robbery Supsect
A 16-year-old Milwaukee boy has been charged as an adult after police say he helped stage a Valentine's Day armed robbery at a gas station.

MENOMONEE FALLS -- A video posted on Facebook showing two Milwaukee youth bragging about their exploits after an armed robbery in Menomonee Falls led police straight to their suspects.
One of those suspects, a 16-year-old Milwaukee boy has been charged as an adult after police say he helped stage a Valentine's Day armed robbery at a gas station in Menomonee Falls.
Jacari J. Hammonds of Milwaukee could face up to 25 years behind bars if he is convicted for the crime. One of his accomplices, Javan Moore, has already been sentenced after he pled guilty to the charge of armed robbery in August.

According to his criminal complaint, a group of five black males entered the Citgo gas station at N75 W13916 Appleton Ave. in Menomonee Falls on Feb. 14 to steal several packages of cigarettes and candy.
Although the group of males reportedly left the store without paying for merchandise, Hammonds is shown on the store's security footage re-entering the store along with Moore.

According to the complaint, Hammonds and Moore re-enter the store to take more boxes of cigars and candy. At one point, a clerk confronts the two boys, only to have Moore display a handgun from the right front pocket of his pants.
According to the complaint, the Facebook video showed both Moore and Hammonds in the exact same clothing, with the exact same car as pictured in the Citgo's surveillance footage. The video also showed the two youth showing off a handgun and Swisher Sweets cigars.
