Falls Shopping Center With Piggly Wiggly To Be Auctioned Off Next Month

The three-building shopping center will be sold during an online auction, with bids taken through May 9.

MENOMONEE FALLS - Online bids are now being taken for The Falls Plaza I-II-III shopping center on Appleton Ave., which will be auctioned off May 9.

The shopping is anchored by Piggly Wiggly and is 81.5% occupied. Other tenants include CosmoProf, Fantastic Sam's, and Goalpost Sports Pub & Eatery. The building is listed at 124,499 square feet on 9.8 acres and was built in 1976.

BizTimes reports there is a second, smaller anchor space that is vacant and total 14,870 square feet.

Waukesha County tax records assess the three buildings at a $6.4 million value. There is no starting bid on the auction but there is a $25,000 participation fee. To get in on the auction action, check out the building's listing. Bidding closes May 9.
