Man Packs Suitcase For Trip to Jail, Police Say
A Milwaukee man is facing a felony retail theft charge after nabbing $1,500 worth of merchandise from Kohl's.
A 50-year-old Milwaukee man headed to Falls, and packed a suitcase for a trip to jail.
At 5:35 p.m. May 10, Steven Dortch allegedly packed $1,580 worth of merchandise into a suitcase at Kohl’s department store, and left without paying. Dortch was arrested and the property was returned.
Dortch posted $500 bail, but has been charged with felony retail theft through the Waukesha County Circuit Court.
