Menomonee Falls Shooting Victim Seeks Help in Germantown Cousins Sub Shop

An apparent shooting case that began in Menomonee Falls, ended up in a Germantown sub shop on Sunday night.

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI -- An apparent shooting case that began in Menomonee Falls, ended up in a Germantown sub shop on Sunday night.

According to information released by the Germantown Police Department, on Sunday, January 15th, at approximately 7pm a male subject appeared at Cousins Subs on Pilgrim Rd. and County Line Rd. looking for aid due to a gunshot wound.

The man was transported to an area hospital by Germantown Rescue, he was conscious and alert at the time of his transport. Based on the investigation conducted by the Germantown Police Department, the shooting did not occur in the Village of Germantown.

According to a CBS 58 report, the shooting occurred on I-41 northbound in Menomonee Falls and that there were two people in the car.

The investigation was turned over to Menomonee Falls PD.
