Recreation Center Holding Senior Enrichment Fair
Event features information on health, nutrition, and antiques.

Seniors looking for information on a plethora of issues from health to nutrition to antiques are invited to this year’s Menomonee Falls Senior Enrichment Fair
The event will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 at the Community Center, W152N8645 Margaret Road.
Session one seminars, from 10:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., include cooking tips from Dinner Express, an educational presentation on antiques from the Richfield Historical Society, cardio drumming and tai chi from Virginia Mathias, and mental fitness exercises by Jenny McAllister of Curative.

Session two seminars, from 1-2 p.m., include health nutrition options from Drew Deidercorn of Northfield Manor, American film stars from Waukesha from the Waukesha Historical Society, zumba, and keeping your brain healthy from Memory Training Centers of America.
From 2-3 p.m., bingo with door prizes will be held.
