Village Plants Arbor Day Mulberry Maple
A small gathering was held early Friday to celebrate a cool and wet Arbor Day.
A small gathering of village employees gathered early Friday morning to pay homage to Arbor Day by planting a tree behind the Menomonee Falls Public Library.
The village has hosted the small even every year, and this year they planted a Mulberry Maple tree. Arbor Day is officially celebrated on the last Friday of April.
Free seedlings were also handed out as part of the gathering.
