HOBART, WI — A new luxury home is going up for auction in Wisconsin. One of the perks? Your closest neighbor would be none other than Green Bay Packer quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

According to Elite Auctions, the company that will be auctioning off the property in early February, this $6.9 million house is located on a quiet cul de sac with only three properties in the development, including Rodgers' home.

Would Rodgers be cool with living next to someone - even if they were a Bears fan? Recent television commercial lore seems to indicate he can make the best of just about any situation:

A passage from Elite Auctions' entry says the home was "Designed by Jim La Plant of La Plant Architecture and constructed by Marty Brice Construction, the construction quality and materials used are unsurpassed — one of the most exquisite homes built in Green Bay."

According to Realtor.com, this luxury home features eight bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, three half-baths, and more than 22,000 square feet of opulent living space - all for the tidy sum of $6.9 million.

An auction is schedule to be held on-site, Saturday Feb. 8 at 11 a.m.

Open-house previews start Saturday Jan. 18, and run every Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. with private appointments available.

Sport court offers multi-use. Home is partially finished with many unfinished areas.
