Stop! Don't throw that old medication away ... dispose of it properly with a free Medication Disposal Day!
To clean out the medicine cabinet, most people either flush old medication down the toilet or throw it in the trash. Unfortunately, some medications end up in area water systems or the hands of children. The safer, environmentally friendly method of medication disposal is through an official medication collection site.
