The Village of Sturtevant is hosting an electronics drop-off day from 9 am to 2 pm on Sat., May 19, at Fountain Banquet Hall, 8505 Durand Avenue.
Sponsored by DP Electronic Recycling, this free event is open to the public. You don't have to be a village resident to take advantage of the service, and according to information from the company, they'll take just about anything.

"We recycle anything that plugs into the wall or runs on batteries, including appliances," they said.
Stop keeping that old microwave, tube TV or old cell phones, and drop them off for safe recycling instead.
