Food Trucks Making A Comeback In Racine Area

Tacos, hamburgers, frozen custard, quesadillas and street fare are few examples of what's being served up.

RACINE, WI — Food trucks are making a comeback this summer in Racine, as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic might limit what restaurants can, and are willing to do to accommodate dine-in guests.

Tacos, hamburgers, frozen custard, quesadillas and street fare are few examples of what's being served up, according to a Real Racine summer 2020 food truck lineup.

Trucks such as The Summit's Silver Bullet on Highway 20, Yogi's Pudd'n in Uptown Racine and Pico's Tacos in the Menards parking lot in Mount Pleasant are a few mainstays that can be counted on this summer.
