Police in Caledonia say there will be delays and traffic backups, and to plan for congestion.

MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — Drivers in the Racine area will need to be aware of lane closures and traffic delays Tuesday as construction crews tend to the latest phase of the Highway 32 construction project in northern Racine County.
According to the Caledonia Police Department, if the weather holds, milling, grading and paving will be done on the roadway north of the Highway 31 and 32 split.
Traffic will be one-way and a flagger will be present to direct traffic starting at about 7:30 a.m.
