Missing Elderly Man May Be Out In The Cold: Report

Authorities say this 79-year-old man has gone missing before, and located as far away as Greenfield, Caledonia, Burlington, and Franklin.

RACINE, WI — With temperatures plummeting today, authorities have issued an alert in hopes of finding a missing 79-year-old man.

According to the Racine Police, Cesareo Cisneros, 79, was last seen on Howland Ave. in Racine at about 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 17.

Police say he believes that he lives in Chicago and frequently walks long distances. He has been located before, as far away as Greenfield, Caledonia, Burlington, and Franklin.

According to police, he may be wearing a brown winter coat, brown and black work boots, and a gray hat. Cesareo only speaks Spanish and is often confused and unable to identify himself or his home address.

Authorities describe Cisneros as a Spanish-speaking man who stands 5-foot-2, weighs just over 150 pounds, and has short combed-back brown hair and a mustache.
