​Mount Pleasant Day Returns This September

MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — Once again, the Village will celebrate the community with Mount Pleasant Day on Saturday, Sep. 14, 2019.

This free, block party-like, family-oriented event will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Campus Park.

Mount Pleasant Day will bring businesses and residents together to enjoy a day of activities and fun.

Vendor booths will include a large variety of Village businesses for people to explore.

The event will also feature activities for children, games with the Mount Pleasant Police Department, activities run by South Shore Fire Department, live music, food, beer garden, helicopter rides, raffles, and more.

Children and adults alike will be able to explore and climb on fire engines, tractors, and trucks of all sizes. Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for the Racine County Food Bank.

Village officials are still looking for additional vendors and volunteers, and anyone interested in getting involved in Mount Pleasant Day should contact the Village. Businesses and citizens can find more information on activities and parking on the village website, www.mtpleasantwi.gov.
