Mount Pleasant PD Responds To 17 Winter Storm-Related Calls
According to the police department, its calls for service included three traffic accidents involving injuries.
MOUNT PLEASANT, WI — The wintery weather has kept the Mount Pleasant Police Department and other neighboring agencies quite busy lately.
Following Tuesday's winter storm warning, police responded to the following weather and traffic-related calls from midnight to 5 p.m.:
- 4 property damage accidents
- 3 accidents involving injury
- 1 hit and run accident
- 6 assist motorist
- 3 vehicles in the ditch
So far, police said there are no road closures in the Village of Mount Pleasant due to snow.

"As the roadways remain hazardous, we urge motorists to exercise extreme caution when traveling and allow for additional travel time," the department said via social media.
