The 48” water main in the area of Perry and Graceland will be completed in approximately the next 7 days. At that point pavement replacements will begin.
As for other ongoing projects, some will wrap up soon.
Paving should begin on Newman Road north and south of Spring Street, on Cherry Hill Drive and Cortland Avenue on November 2 and 3. Due to rain last Thursday and Friday, contractors were unable to pave as they hoped.
As for Fancher Road & Renaissance Blvd, paving is set for Saturday October 31 and Monday November 2.
For the project at Perry Avenue between Graceland Blvd & Kinzie Avenue, the contractor is going to try to get the paving done yet this week. It's important to note, Graceland Blvd will be closed from Ohio Street to Hwy 31 during this time. Once paving is complete contractors need to do the pavement markings.
Should the weather cooperate these roads should be complete the week of November 9.
