New Biz Opens In Racine County

RACINE COUNTY, WI—A new cooperative wellness center opened in downtown Racine.

Wings of Fire Consulting, LLC - The Phoenix will be offering massage, Reiki, Wellness Coaching, CPR training, Qigong, yoga, and sound bath events for starters.

"I have been meeting with several practitioners to grow offerings. I hope to also include acupuncture and possibly a chiropractor in the near future,"Kristina Watanabe, the CEO, told Patch.

Costs will vary by service. People can expect to pay $75-100 for a private 1-hour session. The 30-minute sessions will run between $30 and $40. There will be small group offerings and workshops that will run between $5 and $15.

Appointments may be scheduled through the business website.

An open house is set for January 16.

"I saw so many of my colleagues close businesses or lose spaces during this pandemic. I know it was time to create a space that would support their growth by offering a shared space at affordable costs," Watanabe said.
