RACINE, WI — The Racine Zoo is back in business after a layoff due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. At 10 a.m. on Tuesday, the Zoo reopened its doors to visitors with some notable changes to make sure attendees are safe.
"In order to ensure the safety of all our guests and staff, we will be introducing a new experience to connect you with wildlife. The Outdoor Walking Safari will take guests on a one-way modified pathway through campus to view a majority of the Zoo's outdoor animal habitats," the Racine Zoo said in a statement Tuesday morning.
