Citizens who have questions about laws like Stand Your Ground and the Castle Doctrine are invited to a forum about the laws at Second Missionary Baptist Church.
All Racine-area residents are invited to a discussion about what the Castle Doctrine and Stand Your Ground laws mean at 6 p.m. at Second Missionary Baptist Church, 1250 Lathrop Avenue.
Pastor Mark J. Freeman will host the forum where residents are encouraged to ask questions and learn about what the laws mean for citizens.
Local public officials will also be on hand to answer questions.
