Walking Ghost Tour of Downtown Racine

Divino Gelato Cafe
Take a guided journey into Racine's storied - intrigue, folklore and legend. You'll visit suspected haunted buildings and locations. Meet at Divino Gelato, 245 Main St., at 6 p.m. The walking tour lasts approximately 3 hours - involves a considerable amount of walking.

Attendees may bring ghost detection devices and equipment - it must be carried on the tour. Open to adults and youth ages 10 and older. $25 in advance; $30 on tour day. Benefits the Volunteer Center of Racine.

Wind Point Lighthouse Tour to the Top

Climb the historic Wind Point Lighthouse for spectaular views of Lake Michigan. The 144-step circular staircase is a very rigorous climb - not recommended for everyone. Volunteer guides are available to answer questions.

Tour to the Top tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6 through 12. Children ages 6 and younger are not allowed because of safety considerations. You must wear sturdy shoes - no flip flops or open toe shoes.

Tours are offered from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the first Sundays of June through October. Advance reservations are required - visit http://windpointlighthouse.org or call 262-639-3777.

Wisconsin Photography 2016

Wisconsin Photography 2016 is a statewide competition organized by RAM’s Wustum Museum since 1979. Thanks to the support of state photographers, the exhibition continues to introduce the museum’s visitors to a wide range of photographic media and artists’ viewpoints. This year's show features 100 pieces by 37 Wisconsin photographers and video artists.

The Wustum is open Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free admission.
