The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook in addition to a beach hazard warning.

MILWAUKEE, WI — The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook in addition to a beach hazard warning as a round of strong storms moves into the area starting this evening.
According to Weather Underground, the storms are expected to move into the Milwaukee area by 10 p.m. and last through 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 4 a.m., then showers likely. Low around 46. East wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan has issued a Beach Hazards Statement for dangerous swimming conditions, which is in effect from 7 p.m. Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon.
HIGH WAVE ACTION: Large waves and dangerous currents are expected. Conditions are life threatening.
